Subterranean – Listening Sculptures

Christine Hvidt installs listening sculptures for the project Subterranean in Boskoop at the new park De Tuinen van Boskoop (‘Gardens of Boskoop’), and at the regenerative tree nursery Het Groene Huis (‘The Green House’). The sculptures, constructed from discarded tree stumps, make the sounds of the living soil audible. The artist guides the audience on this sonic exploration of the life beneath our feet.
